- If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days to arrange for a replacement. No refunds will be given
- If we have proof of delivery by USPS, UPS or any other mail/shipping provider NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS will be given whatsoever.
