Orders are shipped within 5 business days (M-F) of placing an order.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your package ships.

The shop is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Messages will be replied to within 24 hours.

Be aware that we do recognize major holidays and may experience delays in processing and shipping.

Delays in shipping are out of our control, and we will help by filing a "lost package claim" for packages not received after 2 weeks. We are not able to provide refunds due to delay in delivery by any postal service.
